SVP of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer Location:

Los Angeles Area (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week onsite)

Compensation:

$250,000–$400,000 base + bonus (commensurate with level and experience)

The Opportunity We are partnered with a global consumer brand on the search for its next

SVP of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer . This is a pivotal leadership role with enterprise-wide impact, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team and board.

The company is at an inflection point and is seeking a marketing leader who can fundamentally elevate how the brand shows up digitally, performs commercially, and scales globally.

seeking a hands‑on, execution‑oriented leader who understands how modern brands actually grow: through disciplined digital strategy, compelling content, strong social engagement, and marketplace excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead global marketing strategy across brand, digital, social, content, ecommerce, and marketplaces

Build and scale organic audience growth, particularly across social platforms (with an emphasis on TikTok)

Lead content strategy and execution across

Amazon US, EMEA, and Asia , ensuring consistency and performance at scale

Develop and localize content for global markets, including multi‑language adaptation and regional nuance

Drive measurable growth and revenue impact through disciplined digital execution

Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing global marketing organization

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, executive leadership team, and board

Ideal Profile

Senior marketing leader with deep experience in

digital marketing, social, content, and marketplaces

Proven track record building

organic growth

and performance‑driven marketing engines

Hands‑on experience operating across

Amazon and global ecommerce platforms

Demonstrated ability to scale brands internationally, including

EMEA and Asia‑Pacific

Comfortable balancing brand, culture, and performance with accountability and rigor

Operator mindset: execution‑focused, commercially grounded, and outcomes‑driven

Location & Work Model

Los Angeles area

Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days per week onsite

Compensation

Base salary: $250,000–$400,000

Bonus: Performance‑based, aligned with level and experience
