In This Role – Responsibilities
Brand Activation & Creative Execution
Partner with the VP of Corporate Marketing, internal teams and agency partners to operationalize and activate Cvent’s brand strategy.
Serve as a key steward of the brand, guiding its creative application across channels, products, assets, markets, and internal teams/communications.
Develop scalable brand systems, templates, and guidelines that enable teams to adopt and apply the new brand confidently.
Champion storytelling excellence across web, campaigns, social, events, product marketing, and executive communications.
Lead the evolution of a social‑first creative pillar that drives brand engagement, awareness, relevance, and connection across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Global Web & Digital Experience
Partner with web, content, and digital teams to shape a cohesive, modern, and conversion‑ready brand experience.
Bring creative rigor to digital storytelling, UX/UI expression, motion, and content experiences.
Ensure digital and creative strategies are insight‑driven and optimized for performance and scale.
Operational & Organizational Leadership
Lead, mentor, and inspire a global, multidisciplinary team of designers, motion artists, editors, and agencies.
Establish workflows, governance, and scalable processes that bring clarity, accountability, and efficiency to creative operations.
Empower creators, designers, and editors with systems and tools that enable both agility and creative quality.
Transformation & AI Empowerment
Assess existing creative capabilities and chart a path toward a modern, future‑ready creative organization.
Integrate AI and emerging creative technologies to enhance output quality, accelerate production, and scale content development.
Advance a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and professional growth.
Proactively identify operational gaps and address through scalable, AI‑enabled solutions and processes.
Cross‑Functional Partnership & Executive Influence
Collaborate with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, HR, and Customer Success to ensure creative execution supports a unified brand experience.
Present creative recommendations and campaign concepts with confidence, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning with broader business goals.
Manage agency relationships, budgets, and resourcing models to optimize creativity, efficiency, and business impact.
Here’s What You Need
10+ years of creative, brand, or design leadership—ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or fast‑paced digital organizations.
Experience developing creative for global brands with large, diverse audiences and multi‑channel complexity.
A portfolio showcasing systems‑level thinking, storytelling excellence, and digital‑first creative execution.
Proven leadership of creative teams and agency partners across disciplines and geographies.
Strong fluency in modern creative tools, digital design systems, and AI‑enabled creative workflows.
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and forward‑looking creative vision.
Demonstrated ability to build high‑functioning teams, guide change with empathy, and operate with operational precision.
