The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. The Platforms Producer drives the execution for our customer and internal engagement platforms, providing support of major initiatives like Today at Apple and Learning and Communications for our Retail teams. Collaborating closely with business partners, product managers, designers, operations, and technology teams, this role transforms the customer and internal experience, enabling successful launches of Retail programs and maintenance of platforms. Platforms team in REMM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Platform Producer to manage the operational integrity, content lifecycle, and quality assurance of our critical internal and customer-facing platforms. This role is central to ensuring seamless content delivery, platform stability, and the continuous improvement of our digital experiences for Apple Retail teams and customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional project management skills, and has a keen eye for both operational efficiency and user experience. Responsibilities
Manages day-to-day maintenance across platforms including scheduled downtimes, bug tracking, etc. Sets up project file organization (including briefs, schedules, reference material, specifications, and legal requirements). Routes layouts, copy, renderings, and production files for internal review and approval. Manages integration of copy, localization, and assets including working closely with our content delivery teams. Responsible for planning and executing UAT across all team and customer facing platform updates Responsible for apps and content deployment for Forum devices Supports AI prototypes to streamline platform, production, and publishing efficiencies. Minimum Qualifications
4+ years experience in digital project management Track record of digital innovation and delivery across multiple platforms. Experience partnering with creative, development, and cross-functional teams. Experience planning, leading, and executing User acceptance testing Experience in prompting, tagging and user training for AI projects Experience leading workflow efficiencies in partnership with multiple teams Preferred Qualifications
Passion for crafting digital experiences. Familiarity with a variety of content technologies and AI. Experience in building positive relationships with colleagues and business partners, and you can communicate effectively one on one and in large groups. Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $176,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
