Salary range: $136,000.00 – $152,000.00 (base)

Job Overview As a key creative leader, you will direct conceptual and design projects for a leading B2B tech client. You will manage a talented team of designers, ensure brand fidelity, and drive the creative vision from brief through to delivery, supporting client service excellence.

Responsibilities

Direct concept and design work, maximizing efficiency and creativity.

Manage, supervise, review, and audit designers and art workers to meet client expectations.

Collaborate with OLIVER Business Director to deliver outstanding client service.

Act as brand guardian, ensuring collateral aligns with brand guidelines.

Organize and prioritize workload, adapting to deadlines and increased demands.

Qualifications

Motivate and inspire the creative team toward excellence.

Proactively monitor design quality through internal reviews and stakeholder feedback.

Ensure timely delivery of all projects while managing client expectations.

Coordinate knowledge sharing and learning to improve practices.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for optimal service.

Coach staff, set SMART objectives, and manage professional development.

Ensure accurate timesheet recording with Account Lead.

Base salary range: $136,000.00 - $152,000.00. Compensation based on experience, location, business needs, and responsibilities. This is one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
