Base pay range $71,380.00/yr - $98,420.00/yr

As we embark on the next 50 years, we’re seeking a
Interior Designer
who will help shape purposeful environments and contribute to the thoughtful design excellence that defines our legacy.
How You Will Make An Impact
Support Principal Architect, or Senior Interior Designer in 3D modeling and documentation in Revit, AutoCAD working from Concept Design, through Design Development. Provide design intent coordination in Construction Documents project phases;
Develop design presentations using 3D Modeling software such as SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and Rhino and graphic design software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Analyze and develop approaches for creation and modification of construction documents, finish plans, furniture plans, communication plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, details, etc., so as to ensure the incorporation of design intent.
Assist in the preparation of virtual immersion presentation utilizing Lumion and Enscape;
Working knowledge and proficiency in accessibility codes and incorporate codes into design and technical documents.
Light coordination with structural engineers, MEPF engineers, and cost estimators to ensure design intent.
Aid in constructability comments, plan check corrections, and senior staff review comments.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have
Strong written, graphic and verbal communication skills
Ability to move easily between projects as needed to meet deadlines.
Technical understanding of interior design
Proficiencies in the following software:
Sketchup, including plugins such as placemaker
Enscape
Revit
AutoCAD
Bluebeam
Familiarity with Adobe suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Lumion a plus
Twinmotion a plus
To Qualify, You Must Have
Associate degree or higher in Interior Design
3-5 years’ experience in the Interior Design and/or Architectural Fields
CID a plus
NCIDQ a plus
LEED AP ID+C and/or WELL Building AP a plus.
ALEP a plus
Membership with IIDA, CREW, or other industry associations a plus.
