Overview As Thought Leadership Manager, you will leverage your 20 years of experience in strategic communications and marketing to shape and amplify Pearson’s voice in the global learning conversation. You will develop and deliver research‑driven insights, engaging narratives, and high‑impact content that position Pearson as a leader in education and workforce transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of thought leadership initiatives aligned with Pearson’s strategic priorities.Translate complex topics into accessible, compelling content for both internal and external audiences.
Manage and curate content for internal forums, newsletters, and external campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, marketing, and executive leadership, to drive innovation and strategic alignment.
Foster stakeholder engagement and support change management efforts through effective communication strategies.
Measure and report on the impact of thought leadership activities, including brand visibility, internal engagement, and business growth.
Key Qualifications
Extensive experience in strategic communications, content development, and marketing program management at global organizations.
Proven ability to simplify complex content and foster innovation through engaging storytelling.
Strong project management skills, with experience leading editorial teams and managing large‑scale campaigns.
Expertise in internal communications, change management, and stakeholder alignment.
Proficiency with Gen AI tools and digital content platforms.
Passion for leveraging content and strategic communication to support business growth and innovation.
Compensation The minimum full‑time salary range is between $165,000 – $170,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.
