Job Mission The Concept Designer role is a member of the Global Creative Studio (GCS) team responsible for the concepting, execution, and delivery of Global, DTC, and Wholesale marketing campaigns, while also supporting the day-to-day GCS graphic design commercial needs across promo campaigns, paid social, and display ads. This position works heavily across multi-functional departments, especially our internal studio team, Global Content Factory, to ideate, concept, and create omni campaigns for owned channels and wholesale partners. This role reports into the Concept Designer Manager, Global Creative Studio.
Major Accountabilities
Concept and produce brand-led marketing campaigns for Global, DTC, and Wholesale channels.
Collaborate closely with Global Content Factory studio team and copywriters.
Deliver brand-compliant creative assets for a broad range of platforms including print materials, social media, banner ads, and eCommerce based on day‑to‑day brief assignments.
Collaborate with marketing partners to translate creative vision, define expectations, standards, quality, timelines, and deadlines.
Build strong partnerships with cross‑functional teams and create an efficient operation and a culture that mixes innovation and creativity across all marketing channels.
Keep track of current, developing, and changing regional and global trends in fashion and design.
Partner with the Global Creative Operations team.
Requirements for Success
Previous experience concepting Omni campaigns across print, mobile and/or web experiences at consumer‑focused brands, or agencies.
7+ years graphic design agency experience preferred.
Excellent presentation skills.
Adobe Creative Suite.
Figma.
Microsoft Suite.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi‑task, and participate in a team‑based planning.
Location / Compensation Boston, MA Headquarters Pay Range: $68,470.00 – $87,780.00 – $107,090.00 annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
