# Vice President of Product & Marketing atSumner, WA · Full-time## Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Vice President of Product & Marketing is responsible for defining and executing Bellmont Cabinets’ product strategy, market positioning, and brand presence. This role serves as the central bridge between product development, marketing execution, vendor partnerships, sales enablement, and the overall brand experience.The VP of Product & Marketing ensures Bellmont’s product portfolio remains innovative, competitive, and aligned with the company’s core values while driving demand, brand loyalty, and dealer engagement through cohesive marketing initiatives. This role requires deep industry experience, a refined design aesthetic, technical fluency in product systems, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable product and brand strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Development•Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept and development through launch and sunset.•Oversee new SKU creation, door style development, hardware selections, and color program expansions.•Champion research and development across materials, finishes, and cabinetry innovations to maintain market differentiation.•Conduct continuous competitive analysis and category trend monitoring.•Build and present business cases for new product introductions.•Identify and evaluate emerging product opportunities through vendor collaboration and global sourcing initiatives.Catalog & Configuration Management•Own and maintain the integrity of all product catalogs, including 2020, ProKitchen, and online product resources.•Ensure all product data, specifications, and pricing information are accurate and current.•Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, configuration rules, and design guidelines.•Coordinate catalog and system updates with Engineering, IT, Operations, and Sales teams.Vendor Relations & Global Sourcing•Serve as a primary liaison for strategic vendor and supplier relationships.•Develop and maintain multi-year partnerships with domestic and international suppliers.•Travel internationally and domestically to research materials, finishes, and emerging innovations.•Collaborate with vendors on R&D initiatives, exclusive offerings, and long-term innovation pipelines.Design Leadership & Design Council•Lead internal Design Council meetings and facilitate cross-functional alignment on design direction.•Host quarterly trend reviews and product evaluation sessions.•Guide the annual Bellmont Design Summit.•Ensure all design decisions align with brand aesthetics, market demands, and dealer expectations.Marketing Strategy & Brand Management•Oversee Bellmont’s brand presentation across all channels and touchpoints.•Direct website content strategy and overall digital presence.•Lead social media strategy, content development, and brand storytelling.•Oversee in-house video production and visual content initiatives.•Maintain and execute a forward-looking, integrated marketing calendar aligned with product launches and sales priorities.Leadership & Collaboration Expectations•Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment and execution excellence.•Lead and develop a team that includes product managers, brand managers, and marketing specialists.•Present product strategies, roadmap updates, and marketing initiatives to executive leadership and Bellmont’s dealer network.•Uphold a best-in-class customer and dealer experience across all product and brand touchpoints.Success Metrics•Product launch adoption rates and dealer engagement•Catalog accuracy and reduction in order errors•Strength and continuity of the vendor innovation pipeline•Digital and social brand engagement performance•Showroom and display brand alignment•Quality, relevance, and impact of trend reports and insights.Required Qualifications & Experience•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.•10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, marketing, or brand leadership, preferably within the cabinetry, kitchen & bath, furniture, or adjacent building products industry.•Proven success leading end-to-end product lifecycle management, including new product development, launch execution, and portfolio optimization.•Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, materials, finishes, hardware systems, and configuration logic.•Demonstrated experience managing complex product catalogs and configuration platforms such as 2020, ProKitchen, or similar systems.•Deep familiarity with vendor management, supplier negotiations, and global sourcing, including experience traveling internationally for product development and sourcing initiatives.•Strong design sensibility with the ability to interpret and forecast trends while maintaining brand consistency and commercial viability.•Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, web, and in-house content production.•Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams across product, brand, and marketing disciplines.•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to build business cases and translate market insights into actionable plans.•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership, dealer networks, and external partners.•High level of technical fluency, including collaboration with Engineering, IT, and Operations teams on systems, data integrity, and process improvement.Bellmont Cabinets is an Equal Opportunity EmployerExperienceJob TypeLocationSumner, WAPosted #J-18808-Ljbffr
