Pay: $50 - $65/hr W2

Responsibilities Email Template Design & Development
Create responsive, engaging email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Optimize templates for all devices and email clients.
Collaborate to integrate dynamic content and personalization.
Automation & Campaign Management
Build content blocks for segmentation and personalized messaging.
Implement strategies to enhance engagement.
Use SQL for data‑driven audience segmentation.
Testing & Optimization
Conduct A/B testing to improve open and click‑through rates.
Use test results for continuous improvement.
Apply AI tools to optimize campaign performance.
Compliance & Analysis
Ensure compliance with digital communication standards.
Monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
Provide insights to optimize performance.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Maintain documentation of processes and best practices.
Train team members on email template usage and marketing automation.
Experience Requirements
Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS for building responsive, high‑quality email templates.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (administration, automation, and creative management).
Strong working knowledge of AMPscript for email personalization and SQL for segmentation and reporting.
Familiarity with both Litmus and Salesforce Einstein for testing/previewing and email optimization.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing, personalization, optimization, and accessibility.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across teams and explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
