We are looking for an ambitious Social Media& Digital ContentManager to join theAmericasbrand teamat Ennismore.Based inNew York or Cancun, Mexico anddualreporting to theVP ofBrand Marketing for North America and the VP ofBrand Marketing for LATAM & Caribbean,this is an exciting role that will focus onmanagingand executingthe socialmedia, editorial contentstrategyand day to day running of theglobalsocialchannelsforSLS, 21c, SLS & Park Royal. Therole will also take responsibility for monitoringAmericashotel &F&Bsocial media channels and website pages on our global brand.com sites to ensure all organic content outputs are adhering to global brand standards and following best practice to improve the impact of our creative content on driving growth, engagement, traffic and optimised SEO results. The role will developand executeacreativesocial mediaplanfor the global brand channels,create highly engaging content andbe responsible forthe day-to-day community management of each channel.With rapid internationalregionalexpansion in the pipeline, the role willcentrallysupport storytellingas well as brand campaigns, collaborations and partnerships, andnew hotel openings.We’vegot lots of ambition to growthebrand and appeal to new audiences in new markets, so we want someone that is inspired to join us on that journeyand can bring their social mediaand contentpassion and prowess to the team. What you'll do...

As a social media native,you’llbealmost weirdlypassionate about building a creative social media plan that will increase our brand reach and positive sentiment through fun, engaging andculturallyrelevant content. Itgoes without sayingthatyou’llmanage and deliver the day-to-day calendar of activity across all central social media platformsforour brandsincluding Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, YouTubeand LinkedIn. We’llneed you to be on it when it comes tothe community management of central channels to ensure continuous andtimelypositive brand engagement, keeping our followers happy Have some fun exploring,testing,and learninghow to use and maximise social channel features &new technologiesto increase reach and engagement We love data soyou’lltracktheperformance of activity to be able to build a picture of how ourorganicchannels support business and brandobjectivesandbe able tomake improvements where necessary You’llneed to workouthow to generate all the content we need – whetherthat’sworking with our local market teams to source or commission visual assets, planning your own shoots or just getting the job done yourself with your strong photography skills We’relucky to have an in-house graphic design studio soyou’llbe working with them to help you bring your ideas to life and work out how you can template some social assets so you can be self-sufficient You’llbe in regular contact with allAmericasproperties, supporting them to ensure best practices are being followed to have successful localhotel &F&B channels. Working closely with the regional e-commerce team,you’llbe regularly checking the brand.com website content for ourAmericasproperties to ensure it isaccurate, up to date and supporting positive SEO performance. You’llbe the person we look to for innovative and exciting ideas about how to launch our campaigns and new openings through social media channels – we not only want it to look and feel great but also help us grow our audiences, especially in new markets. You will also support to track influencer campaigns where needed. We want you to help us tell the story ofour brands–we’vegot loads of unique brand standards that make people smile and our hotels lookpretty nicetoo – help us support our brand positioning with social-first content ideas to bring these to life Qualifications

What we're looking for...

You understand social media inside out and can show us your experience and some examples of workyou’vedone before –we’relooking for a flair for creative content that gets results You like to write – copywriting social captionsand digital contentshould come naturally andyou’reconfident responding to our community directly whilerepresentingthe brand You’repassionate about creativevisual assets and have your own ability to create strong photographic content You’renaturally curious and want to challenge the status quo by bringing your own ideas to the fore – we welcome innovative ideas from all areas of the business You’vegot lots of experience using social-posting programs and apps that help you manage your day-to-day work You’resuper organised and will be able to calmly jump from brand to brand and manage competing, and sometimes conflicting, priorities When requiredyou’rehappy to commission and run social specific shootsor external editorial writersandmanagethe associated budgets You’llbe abrand guardian acrossthe central social channels making sure we balance the love given to all properties and ensuring we keep an editorial tone, even when supporting marketing campaigns Experience in hospitalityisn’ta must,but we do want you to be genuinely interested in our industry; whetherthat’sa love for a delicious meal, a decent drink, a cosybedor a travel adventure Someone proactive and able to work independentlybut likes being sociable & collaborative too A great communicator with stakeholders across a businessat any level.
