Position Summary 

The Creative Manager at Las Vegas Lights FC is responsible for executing graphic assets, photography, and videos for the club. This role will elevate the Lights brand by establishing a world-class visual presence on all digital and physical touchpoints. The Creative Manager will build a bold and high-impact visual identity that amplifies the club's vision, captures the energy of Las Vegas, and inspires fans. 

This is a full-time, salaried position.

Primary Responsibilities 
  • Help create, maintain, and protect the club's visual brand identity across all digital and physical channels. 
  • Continually push creative boundaries and innovate to uniquely communicate the club's vision through design, photos, & videos. 
  • Regularly collaborate with Ticketing, Communications, Partnership, Marketing, and Creative staff to deliver design assets that fulfill objectives for respective departments. 
  • Establish, contribute, and adhere to a collaborative creative project calendar. 
  • Lead the execution of all creative needs including all club templates, milestone graphics, schedule assets, matchday posters, in-stadium LEDs, merch, flyers, brochures, packaging, presentations, event materials, and more. 
  • Work with other creative staff and interns to complete dynamic creative assets on a regular basis. 
  • Use graphic design, photos, and videos to drive growth in followers and engagement on the club's digital channels. 
  • Collaborate with social media and communications staff to conduct data analysis of social, website, & digital performance to provide actionable insights and support decision-making. 
  • Contribute to weekly marketing meetings and help lead the ideation of graphics, photos, and videos for social media, mobile app, and promotional materials. 
  • Lead the planning and execution of media day and jersey launch photo and video shoots. 
  • Create marketing materials for all departments, including assets for season tickets, group tickets, promotional theme nights, paid ads, billboards, partnership decks, and more. 
  • Assist in maintaining a well-structured marketing campaign for each game and event. 
  • Fulfill marketing requirements in corporate sponsorship contracts, including on-site photos and videos.  
  • Commit to attend all assigned Las Vegas Lights home games and selected community events during the internship term to fulfill marketing and promotional initiatives. 
  • Ensure all projects are completed by designated timelines and error-free in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Develop and maintain good, professional relationships with colleagues, players, & sporting staff. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar creative role. 
  • Competency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. 
  • Skilled in all of the following: photography, videography, graphic design, and motion design. 
  • Must be willing to travel, including on occasion internationally. 
  • Must be flexible and available to work evenings and/or weekends, nights, and holidays. 
  • Applicants must provide/include a link to website portfolio or pdf of creative work. 
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills. 
  • Experience working in the soccer, sports, and/or entertainment industry. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills. 

Essential Functions: 
  • Must be available for all Las Vegas Lights FC home matches. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Punctuality, accountability, and keen attention to detail in each duty. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a group while handling several tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to handle feedback and direction with a positive mindset. 
  • React quickly and positively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with discretion. 
  • Strong understanding of creative and social media trends. 
  • Strong visual storytelling ability. 

Physical Requirements 
  • Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day. 
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time. 
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment. 
  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
