About the Role
The Community Member Relations Manager is the face and heartbeat of our shared workspace. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations while creating a welcoming, connected environment for the members of this community who work here.
This role is ideal for someone who loves being around people, enjoys being social with members, and is naturally service-minded.
What You’ll Do
- 🤝 Be the primary on-site contact for members and tenants
- 😊 Actively engage with members—greeting, checking in, and building relationships
- 🧹 Manage day-to-day office operations, including light cleaning (counters, kitchens, common areas) and stocking supplies
- 🧠 Think on your feet to resolve issues calmly and efficiently
- 💬 Handle questions, concerns, and occasional conflicts with empathy and professionalism
- 📣 Share announcements and updates with the community
- 🎉 Help plan and host networking events and community gatherings
- 🔧 Coordinate vendors, maintenance requests, and deliveries

Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, office management, or community-focused roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with basic office technology
- Available on-site five days per week
