Mindlance is hiring: User Experience Researcher in San Diego

Job Description:

• Plan, execute and track large scale data collections and user studies for algorithm development
• Track and report on progress, blockers and key deliverables to Data Operations Team
• Collaborate with hardware, software, infrastructure and Operations teams on requirements for data collections
• Create and maintain documentation for HW/SW platform setup and protocol for vendor training and deployment
• Support Data Operations team with equipment set up and inventory tracking

Skills:

• 3+ years of industry experience in one or more of the following fields/roles: Operations (i.e. data, product, lab, R&D, etc.), Test/Quality/Support Engineering or Technical Program Management
• Sound technical troubleshooting and triage methodology
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication, and communicates with technical and non-technical individuals with ease

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar
