We are seeking a versatile and talented
Graphic & UI Designer
to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer who balances artistic flair with technical precision, moving seamlessly between traditional brand collateral and modern digital interfaces. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process—from conceptualizing logos and print layouts to building high-fidelity UI prototypes and collaborating with engineering teams. If you have a sharp eye for typography, a passion for user‑centric digital design, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Visual Identity & Print: Create layouts for logos, packaging, advertising, and marketing collateral. Oversee the production process, including conducting press checks for print materials.
UI Design & Prototyping: Develop mockups, clickable prototypes, and design systems. Ensure all digital deliverables are consistent with brand guidelines.
Digital Production: Prepare assets for development handoff, create simple animations, and maintain UI design practices within the product team.
Research & Strategy: Conduct UI research, including competitive analysis and A/B testing, and ensure all designs meet accessibility standards.
Collaboration: Partner closely with UX Designers to transition wireframes into polished designs. Work with Software Engineers to facilitate UI reviews of live code and ensure smooth asset integration.
Leadership & Growth: Take initiative in team processes and stakeholder communication, with opportunities to upskill into design leadership roles.
Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern UI tools (e.g., Figma or Sketch).
Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and general design principles.
UI Expertise: Mid‑level knowledge of UI design principles, UI research, and design delivery workflows.
Artistic Talent: High level of creativity and an affinity for blending images, words, and media into a cohesive story.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
