Head - Brand, Digital Marketing & Corporate Communications (Zing Parks)
Job Description Zing Parks is a multi‑city theme park business of Z-Tech. It creates immersive, location‑inspired experiences at available open spaces across India. Each park is built using recycled and waste materials and offers a mix of entertainment, culture, food & beverage, and experiential attractions. The business is rapidly scaling across multiple cities with a strong focus on footfall growth, monetisation, and community engagement.
Role Overview The Head – Brand, Digital Marketing & Corporate Communications is the custodian of the Zing Parks brand across all consumer and stakeholder touchpoints. This role owns brand strategy, digital growth, performance marketing, public relations, corporate communications and reputation management. The role is a critical leadership position in shaping how Zing Parks is perceived by consumers, partners, government bodies, media and internal teams, while directly supporting revenue growth, park launches and long‑term brand equity.
Key Objectives
Build a strong, differentiated national brand for Zing Parks
Enable footfalls, revenue and consideration through integrated marketing
Ensure consistency and quality across all brand and communication touchpoints
Strengthen credibility with government, institutional partners and media
Build scalable marketing systems to support rapid multi‑park expansion
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Stewardship
Define and evolve the Zing Parks brand positioning, narrative and tone of voice
Ensure brand consistency across parks, platforms, campaigns and partnerships
Have an overview on key creative outputs, including campaigns, brand assets and messaging
Digital Marketing & Growth
Own the overall digital marketing strategy across owned, earned and paid channels
Oversee performance marketing, acquisition funnels and conversion optimisation
Work closely with Paid Media and Owned Media leads to align strategy and execution
Campaigns, Launches & Revenue Support
Lead integrated campaigns for park launches, festivals and national initiatives
Partner with Revenue and Events teams to drive footfalls and monetisation
Define marketing priorities aligned to business and seasonal goals
Corporate Communications & PR
Own public relations, media strategy and press engagement
Manage PR agencies and oversee press releases, media interactions and coverage
Handle crisis communication, issues management and reputation protection
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop teams across Brand, Digital, Owned Media, Social, Content and PR
Set clear goals, KPIs and performance expectations
Build scalable structures, processes and agency ecosystems
Measurement, Governance & Budgeting
Own marketing budgets, ROI tracking and performance reviews
Define KPIs across brand health, digital performance and communications
Ensure governance, approvals and compliance across communication outputs

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience as per the role described above

Proven track record of building brands at scale
