As an art/visual design leader, you will create work that influences healthcare audiences (HCPs, patients, caregivers, etc.). You will collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams including copy, strategy, UX, client services, performance marketing, data/analytics, and more. You will generate unique creative for emerging media and technology, craft compelling narratives from clinical data, and maintain scientific accuracy across all deliverables. Key Responsibilities
Participate in strategic and tactical meetings to develop effective campaigns and activations reflecting the clients’ objectives. Delve into the claims, the data, and all facets of the brand. Contribute innovative ideas and tactics appropriate to client marketing strategy. Brainstorm campaign ideas with colleagues. Contribute to thought leadership. Partner with copywriters and other creative team members to develop engaging materials that maintain a high level of scientific accuracy, compelling campaign creative, and achieve our client’s strategic imperatives. Partner with the internal team and provide onsite support at key client meetings or events. Attend and participate in MLR reviews as needed. Work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects. Take a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach to all tasks. Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to the client. Qualifications and Experience
At least 8 years of conceptual healthcare/art direction experience, preferably in a health care marketing or communications agency. At least 5 years of brand launch experience for both HCP and patient audiences. At least 8 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. At least 8 years of proven organizational and timeline prioritization skills; scheduling flexibility to accommodate work volumes. At least 5 years of experience in strategic brainstorming, campaign development and creative execution and advertising. A complete understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience working with multiple GenAI tools (e.g., Firefly, MidJourney, OpenAI and more). Bonus Points
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. Compensation and Benefits
