The QuickBooks U.S. Marketing team is seeking a strategic, collaborative Senior Product Marketing Manager, Web Merchandising to lead our efforts to bring to life a cohesive, customer‑centric web strategy that unlocks growth across our core offerings and the broader QuickBooks platform. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, merchandising expertise, data‑driven decision‑making, and cross‑functional leadership.

You’ll be challenged to think boldly, operationalize alignment across complex stakeholder groups, and deliver an integrated web strategy that drives measurable business outcomes and elevates the QuickBooks brand.

Responsibilities

Develop merchandising strategies and page‑specific narratives that clearly articulate product value, support customer decision‑making, and guide users toward the right QuickBooks solutions. Ensure content, messaging, hierarchy, and UX follow best practices and reflect a cohesive platform story.

Drive ongoing web merchandising experimentation and optimization in partnership with the web marketing team, defining hypotheses, partnering on test design, and synthesizing results to inform scalable improvements.

Serve as the strategic orchestrator across multiple inputs—product, marketing, channel, analytics, brand, and design—to drive harmonization and ensure a unified, insight‑led web merchandising strategy.

Leverage customer insights, A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and competitive intelligence to shape strategies and prioritize enhancements, championing customer‑centricity and storytelling excellence across every web touchpoint.

Synthesize signals across multiple research and data sources to identify opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and build compelling business cases.

Contribute to quarterly and annual planning cycles, ensuring web strategies support overall ecosystem and business objectives.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in digital marketing, web merchandising, product marketing, or e‑commerce strategy, with a strong record of driving measurable impact.

Deep understanding of web merchandising best practices, customer journey optimization, and digital conversion mechanics.

Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable web experiments and frameworks that drive alignment across teams.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving orientation; comfort with testing methodologies, funnel analytics, traffic data, and synthesizing insights from multiple sources to drive decision‑making.

Excellent ability to prioritize, narrowing from competing opportunities to focus on the highest‑impact initiatives.

Strong track record of leadership, storytelling, and influencing in a highly cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.

Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Experience working across a portfolio of products or within a platform ecosystem strongly preferred.

B2B, SaaS, fintech, or e‑commerce experience is a plus.

BA/BS required.
