Asurifi Inc.
Senior Front End And UX Developer
Asurifi Inc., Los Angeles, California, United States, 90079
Company Description
ShipmentProtect is a fast growing, subscription-based concierge service that helps online shoppers resolve last‑mile order issues while helping merchants reach customers without relying solely on paid bidding games. We believe high quality products and services should be discovered through clarity, trust, and experience rather than just who pays the most for visibility.
ShipmentProtect is part of the growing Asurifi product family. As we scale, we are investing heavily in a faster, cleaner, and more experiment‑friendly web experience that supports long‑term growth, customer trust, and measurable performance.
Role Overview We are hiring our first senior front-end and UX developer to join ShipmentProtect. This is a foundational role that sits at the intersection of front end development, UX design, growth, and product.
You will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering to build, test, and evolve the core web and mobile experience. You will have real ownership over how ideas move from insight to prototype to data, and how design and performance decisions are made as the product scales.
This role is ideal for someone who is both a strong Vue.js front end engineer and a thoughtful UX designer, and who enjoys turning experimentation into systems rather than one‑off executions.
What You’ll Do
Build and test high‑converting landing pages and growth experiments using Vue.js.
Refresh and evolve the homepage and core web and mobile user experience.
Design and implement clean, on‑brand, responsive UI and email patterns.
Partner with marketing and product to translate growth ideas into shipped experiences.
Help define and maintain a scalable Vue‑based design system and front end patterns.
Use analytics and experimentation (GA4, GTM, A/B testing) to inform UX and performance decisions.
Balance speed, polish, and data when making tradeoffs.
Establish best practices for front end development and UX as the company grows.
What Success Looks Like
Faster iteration cycles and clearer UX patterns.
Measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and retention.
A Vue‑based front end and UX foundation that scales with the business rather than slowing it down.
A culture where design and data work together, not in isolation.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a front end developer with strong UX and design instincts.
Solid experience with responsive HTML and CSS (bonus: Tailwind, SCSS, or utility‑first approaches).
Strong UX and visual judgment with attention to hierarchy, flow, clarity, and usability.
Comfort working with analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, GTM, email platforms, and A/B testing frameworks.
Experience working in startups, scale‑ups, or growth‑focused product teams.
Background in product‑led SaaS, DTC, subscriptions, or marketplaces is a strong plus.
Familiarity with backend concepts (Node, Java, or similar) is a bonus but not required.
Nice to have: experience with Laravel, Docker, and modern version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab or similar) for local development, collaboration, and deployment workflows.
Nice to have: exposure to React or Next.js from prior roles, especially where you’ve helped migrate or maintain multi‑framework front ends.
Who Thrives in This Role
Designs with intent, not decoration.
Asks “what are we testing?” before “what does it look like?”.
Enjoys ownership and shaping systems early.
Wants to see direct impact on user behavior and business outcomes.
Is ready to move past pixel‑pushing, endless reviews, and work that never gets tested.
Logistics
Work style: Flexible hybrid, office in Beverly Hills.
Employment type: Full time or contract.
