As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the tech, media, and telecom location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any security-related incidents or hazards encountered during patrols.
  • Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or guests to provide assistance and information as needed.
  • Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
  • Support other security-related duties as assigned based on the unique needs of the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
