**What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the building and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and reporting any suspicious activity.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and team members to provide information and assistance as needed.
• Follow site-specific protocols for technology, media, and telecom environments, adapting to varied working conditions as required.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
