With plans to expand into other fashion categories, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, design-driven team thats redefining what modern merchandising looks like.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development and merchandising strategy for headwear (blank and custom programs).
• Partner with external designers and production teams to develop materials, color palettes, trims, and finishes consistent with brand and seasonal direction.
• Manage seasonal assortments, line planning, and product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to align product direction with market demand and brand storytelling.
• Oversee sampling, cost analysis, and vendor communications to ensure quality and margin objectives.
• Provide creative and technical input on embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, and related decoration methods.
• Research emerging trends, competitor products, and consumer insights to guide new product innovation.
• Assist with other operational or design related needs.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in merchandising and product development, within the apparel/fashion/headwear industry.
• Strong understanding of headwear design and production, including trims, fabrication, and decoration processes.
• Hands-on experience with embroidery, printing, and heat transfer techniques.
• Excellent communication and project management skills able to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Fluent in Korean (required).
• Knowledge in design software such as illustrator, photoshop, etc.
• Passion for design, innovation, and elevating product aesthetics.
• Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field preferred.
