Position: Marketing Coordinator

Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is creative, organized, and capable of turning technical products into clear, engaging stories. This role supports CHOOVIO’s marketing activities across digital channels, product marketing, brand communication, and promotional campaigns.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, wants to grow in marketing, and is excited to work in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Create and manage a monthly content calendar across blog, email, and social media
• Write and design social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram) with strong visuals
• Assist with short product videos, tutorials, and customer use-case spotlights
• Coordinate social media engagement and respond to relevant messages or inquiries

Email Marketing

• Build and schedule newsletters and promotional email campaigns
• Assist in segmentation and setting up automated email sequences (drip campaigns, onboarding flows, etc.)

Website & Creative

• Design simple banners, graphics, and product visuals using Canva (or similar tools)
• Update website content, landing pages, and product descriptions as needed
• Support SEO efforts with keyword-optimized content and product pages (light training available)

Product Marketing

• Write clear and compelling product descriptions, feature highlights, and IoT use cases
• Assist in preparing brochures, one-pagers, spec sheets, and solution bundles
• Help with marketing materials for GoBee platform features and IoT turnkey solutions

Campaigns & Launches

• Assist in planning and executing promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate marketing activities tied to trade shows, events, and new solution rollouts

Analytics & Reporting

• Track basic KPIs (open rates, CTR, social engagement, website traffic patterns)
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving performance

General Marketing Support

• Provide administrative and organizational support for marketing tasks
• Help maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity across all touchpoints

Requirements

• Some experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field
• Strong writing and visual communication skills
• Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them simply
• Familiarity with Canva, email marketing tools, and social media platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision while receiving clear direction
• Knowledge of IoT, sensors, or technology is a plus — but not required (training provided)

Work Style

• This is an in-office position at our Laguna Hills location
• Must be professional, reliable, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with a small team
