Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedMarketing Managerwith expertise in traditional marketing, brand development, and digital advertisingparticularly across platforms such asMeta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other social media channels. They will manage multiple campaigns while leadinginternal branding efforts and driving B2B,B2C, and Internal referral strategies. Highly organized and adaptable, they thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate well across teams. Familiarity with platforms likeSalesforce Marketing CloudorConstant Contactis strongly preferred.

Accountable for
  • Develop and oversee multiple concurrenttraditional and digital marketingcampaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Execute strategicemail, direct mail, and social mediacampaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage organic campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook, Instagram)andLinkedIn, aligning content with audience segmentation and business goals.
  • Represent the brand in person at tradeshows, conferences, and community events.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets
  • Lead internal branding projects that reinforce company culture and values.
  • Source, manage, and collaborate with internal and external vendors to support marketing execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results across channels.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of2 years of experiencein a marketing management role.
  • Strong foundation intraditional marketing and brand strategy.
  • Hands-on experience managingsocial media campaignson Meta (Facebook/Instagram) andLinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to build and execute customer journeys across B2B, B2C, and referral ecosystems.
  • Ability to shift quickly between tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing day-to-day B2B and B2C marking campaigns focused on generating referrals from clients, providers, and colleagues.
  • Skilled at using analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, orConstant Contactis strongly preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and perform effectively under pressure and through significant change.

Compensation
  • $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
