We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Marketing Specialist to help bring high-quality, multi-channel marketing programs to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, AI-savvy, and enjoys owning projects from concept through delivery.
You’ll play a critical role in executing campaigns across digital, content, social, email, web, and direct mail channels—partnering closely with marketing leadership, sales, vendors, and internal creative teams. This is a hybrid position based in San Diego.
What You’ll DoCampaign Execution & Project Management
- Execute day-to-day marketing tasks across email, social, content, landing pages, and direct mail
- Manage workflows, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
- Maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and project documentation
- Flag risks early and proactively communicate solutions
- Support agile marketing operations across concurrent initiatives
- Publish and optimize content across email, social, blogs, landing pages, and internal channels
- Produce digital and print-ready assets using Canva and templates (social graphics, presentations, event materials, etc.)
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand execution across all touchpoints
- Support website updates, SEO efforts, and digital performance insights
- Support event promotion and materials development
- Develop internal communications and employee-facing marketing assets
- Provide hospitality support for in-house meetings and internal events
- Track budgets, vendor spend, and invoices
- Maintain accurate expense documentation and reporting
- Track actuals against estimates and flag discrepancies
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on campaign execution
- Support RFPs and sales materials as needed
- Monitor and report on email engagement, social performance, direct mail results, and landing page metrics
- Assist with campaign reporting and optimization insights
Requirements:What We’re Looking ForExperience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on, execution-focused marketing experience
- Experience executing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social, direct mail, and digital
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
- AI-enabled and digitally fluent
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Canva, Microsoft Office, project management tools, and collaboration platforms
- Experience with vendor and expense tracking
- Familiarity with SEO, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics
- Curious, proactive, creative, and energized by fast-moving environments
