Inside Sales | Commercial Insurance
We're expanding and hiring a Commercial Insurance Producer to join our inside sales team in a newly created growth role. This position is ideal for sales-driven professionals who thrive in a high-volume quoting, conversion, and cross-selling environment and are looking to build long-term residual income while growing into an advisory-level commercial producer.
This role is a core growth engine for the firm, with plans to hire one new producer per quarter for the next three quarters.
Compensation & Earnings Potential- Hourly rate: $32-35/hr.
- Compensation structure includes:
Base salary
Growth bonus
Producer bonus
Residual commissions
- Flat-fee commission structure (internal rate; not disclosed externally)

- Quote, sell, and cross-sell commercial insurance lines in a high-volume inside sales model
- Convert inbound and outbound opportunities with a strong close rate (approximately 50%)
- Work an active and established pipeline (approximately $720K rolling pipeline)
- Educate clients and transition relationships toward advisory-level engagements
- Collaborate closely with account management and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Maintain a consultative, ethical approach to commercial risk solutions
2–5 years of insurance or inside sales experience
Commercial lines experience preferred; strong candidates from high-volume carriers or agencies encouraged
