Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year

• Licensed architect with a passion for business development to grow our Charleston presence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Healthcare Studio in the Charleston office as a corporate leadership team member.
• Engage directly with clients, shaping projects from day one.
• Collaborate with the Office President and Healthcare Practice Leader on strategic growth plans.
• Oversee launch and leadership of the new studio with support from other offices.
• Provide autonomy to shape direction and success of the studio.
• Leverage multidisciplinary firm resources to support work.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect with registration credentials.
• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare architecture and design.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare projects in South Carolina.
• Proven account or client management experience, including financial management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
