Position Overview: The Director, Brand Creative Production leads the execution of Tiffany & Co.'s most prestigious creative campaigns, overseeing high-caliber film and stills production that upholds the brand's legacy of luxury and excellence. This role combines hands‑on production leadership with strategic oversight, process innovation, and team development to deliver world‑class creative work across all major brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Leadership Lead end-to-end production for all major brand campaigns, including Holiday, Icons, Special Occasions, and other signature initiatives
Manage complex film and stills productions from concept through delivery, partnering with renowned creative talent including directors, photographers, stylists, and other specialists
Navigate high-stakes budget negotiations and creative partnerships, ensuring exceptional quality while maintaining fiscal responsibility
Oversee licensing agreements and rights negotiations with entertainment partners and other third parties
Celebrity & Talent Management Manage all aspects of celebrity and SAG talent integration in brand campaigns, from deal negotiation through production execution
Partner with business affairs and legal teams on talent contracts, usage rights, and union compliance
Coordinate closely with celebrity management teams, agents, and publicists to ensure seamless production experiences
Navigate SAG‑AFTRA regulations, pension and health contributions, and union requirements across all applicable productions
Develop and maintain relationships with talent representatives and casting partners
Production Excellence & Process Partner with the VP of Production to refine and evolve production workflows, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and quality
Establish and maintain production standards and best practices across the creative department
Drive operational excellence in job management, ensuring accurate forecasting, budget tracking, and timely project closeout
Coordinate seamlessly across cross‑functional partners including marketing, business affairs, legal, and brand teams
Team Leadership & Development Mentor and develop producers at all levels, fostering a culture of craft excellence and creative ambition
Provide guidance on complex production challenges, vendor relationships, talent negotiations, and creative problem‑solving
Lead performance evaluations and career development for production team members
Build and maintain a high‑performing team capable of executing at the highest levels of luxury production
Departmental Operations Manage departmental forecasting and resource planning to support business objectives
Ensure complete and accurate job closure with comprehensive documentation shared across marketing stakeholders
Maintain strong relationships with external production partners, agencies, creative talent, and union representatives
Represent the production department in strategic planning and brand initiatives
Qualifications 10+ years of production experience in luxury, fashion, or high‑end brand environments
Proven track record leading major campaigns with significant budgets and complex creative requirements
Deep expertise in both film and stills production workflows
Extensive experience managing celebrity talent and SAG productions, including contract negotiations and union compliance
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with a commitment to developing talent
Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills with diplomacy in high‑profile talent relationships
Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to operational detail
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
