Salary Range: $59,000–$69,000 annually (approx. $28–$33/hour)

Overview
We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist who's ready to take a traditional, equipment-focused business into its next era of growth.
Our family of companies, including Pennsylvania's premier heavy equipment dealership, a respected rigging and trucking provider, and a leading auction house, has deep roots in the region's industrial sector. Now, we're investing in a modern marketing presence that matches the quality and reputation we've built over decades.
The right candidate is a self-starter who enjoys variety: writing engaging posts, updating websites, managing ad campaigns, maintaining our CRM, and creating collateral that tells our story to customers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. You'll report directly to the CEO and have the opportunity to shape how we show up online and in the community.
What You'll Do
Website Maintenance & Optimization (15%)
- Keep our websites up to date with new listings, promotions, and product photos
- Track SEO performance and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with technical partners for major updates or new features
Social Media & Content Creation (25%)
- Develop monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Write engaging posts about new inventory, upcoming auctions, and company news
- Capture and edit short-form content (photos, reels, videos) for social use
- Track engagement and identify trends to improve reach and performance
Advertising & Campaign Management (25%)
- Create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Write ad copy, monitor conversions, and manage budget allocationsCollaborate on seasonal promotions and remarketing campaigns
CRM, Email Marketing & Analytics (20%)
- Maintain and organize CRM data for sales and marketing teams
- Develop email campaigns and customer newsletters
- Build simple reporting dashboards to measure performance and ROI
Marketing Collateral & Brand Growth (15%)
- Write and design brochures, print ads, flyers, and trade-show materials
- Support rebranding and community marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership on new marketing ideas
Who You Are
- 4–6 years of professional marketing experience (in-house or agency)
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Comfortable with website updates (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Proficient in social media management and digital ad tools
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- A creative thinker who enjoys bringing personality to a "traditional" industry
