Job Role: ReactJS Lead with Micro Frontend Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled
ReactJS Lead Developer
with proven experience in
Micro Frontend architecture
to design, develop, and lead scalable, modular front-end solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of
  ReactJS-based micro frontend applications
  .
• Build
  reusable, modular, and responsive UI components
  using modern React practices (Hooks, Context API, Redux).
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate with
  GraphQL, Apollo Client, Axios
  , and REST APIs.
• Drive and coordinate
  application migrations from On-Prem to Cloud
  environments.
• Manage
  onsite–offshore coordination
  , ensuring alignment across teams.
• Participate in
  code reviews, performance tuning, and technical guidance
  .
• Ensure adherence to front-end development standards, accessibility, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in
  JavaScript (ES6+)
  , including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Solid understanding of
  Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  and design patterns.
• Extensive hands-on experience in ReactJS
  and related ecosystem tools.
• Proven experience designing and implementing
  Micro Frontend architecture
  .
• Expertise in
  HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
  , and responsive design systems.
• Strong understanding of
  Redux, Context API, React Hooks
  , and component-based development.
• Experience with
  GraphQL, Apollo Client, Axios, Fetch wrappers
  , etc.
• Familiarity with
  version control tools
  (Git, TFS).
• Strong
  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  .
• Ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in
  cloud migration or modernization
  projects.
• Exposure to
  
  and related front-end build tools.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams in
  onsite–offshore models
  .
