Graphic Designer (Office-Creative/Design)

Must Have
A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical mastery. (please make sure a link to portfolio and pw are in resume)
Must have a Passion for beauty, with an understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape. A keen eye and attention to detail is critical to win in the beauty category.
You will build concepts and execute the visual strategy for the brand across consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, retail displays.
You will ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
You will own presentation of assigned projects to communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices to cross‑functional teams for feedback and approvals.

Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Flexible in an environment of constant change. Able to engage and influence across functional partners.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices with multi‑functional partners. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.

Graphic design requires intelligence, knowledge, talent, skill, and an affinity for images, words, and media. Graphic designers create layouts and designs for logos, packaging, advertising, marketing collateral, and other published materials in print and online. They are responsible for selecting and arranging artwork, creating illustrations, choosing colors, and influencing the concept for the design. They also conduct press checks. Knowledge of the latest graphic design software is essential. Strong communication skills are important, as they frequently interact with other creative team members, such as production artists, writers, art directors, and creative directors.
Has intermediate skills in UI design and mid‑level knowledge of UI design principles as well as some experience in design delivery and UI research. Ensures the quality and consistency in UI design deliverables, which can include mockups and clickable prototypes, design systems, assets for development handoff, simple animations, and anything else the product team might need. Able to interpret brand guidelines into digital UI for their product. Has mid‑level knowledge of UI research, including competitive analysis, A/B testing, accessibility, and anything else the product team might need.
Collaborates closely with Product Designer (UX) partner in wireframe and design decision handoff, as well as with the software engineers on their team, focusing on smoothly handing off assets for development and facilitating UI reviews of the live code. Has the opportunity to upskill in design leadership through team process initiatives, lead communication with stakeholders, and establish UI design practices.
