Now were looking for a Head of Field & Community Marketing to take the reins of two high-impact, fast-growing initiatives already setting the tone for our category:
402 Community . Our inviteonly community for technical monetization leaders from companies like Anthropic, Webflow, Docker, Framer, Amplitude, HubSpot, 1Password, Grafana Labs, Wiz, Lovable, Auth0, MongoDB, and Zendesk, and the waitlist is growing fast. The whos who of SaaS builders are already there. Think of it as the backstage pass for people redefining how software is sold. Weve hosted AMAs on AI monetization with experts from Grafana Labs and Elena Verna (Lovable), and the next interested speakers are already lining up.
Field marketing . Our presence in the real world, from major conferences to private dinners and curated gatherings. Weve got the blueprint; now we need someone to own it endtoend, from picking the right stages and cities to designing experiences people talk about afterward.

What youll do
Youll architect the experiences and spaces where the worlds top SaaS and AI builders connect around the future of monetization.
Your daytoday might include:
- Leading and scaling 402 , deepening engagement with a curated network of technical and product leaders, ensuring every touchpoint feels premium, valuable, and personal.
- Evolving the community infrastructure , from membership flow and onboarding to communications, content cadence, and event programming.
- Designing unforgettable programs . AMAs, virtual roundtables, offsites, dinners, and onlyifyouknow meetups that drive true conversation and connection.
- Owning Stiggs field marketing , choosing the right conferences, crafting our presence, managing sponsorships, and producing memorable brand activations.
- Being the face of Stigg in the field , building genuine relationships with technical and product leaders, founders, and influencers.
- Collaborating across product and marketing to ensure every event, conversation, and piece of content reflects Stiggs voice, depth, and credibility.

- Youre energized by people and momentum. You love travel, live events, and building relationships that last.
Requirements
- 35 years of handson experience building and running community and field marketing programs for technical or product leadership audiences, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, developer tooling, or infrastructure.
- Proven success designing and scaling inviteonly, highquality communities. Not open Slack groups or user forums, but executivelevel networks that drive meaningful peer connection and thought leadership.
- Track record of producing live experiences endtoend, from strategic selection of events and sponsorships to creative design, production, and ontheground execution at conferences, dinners, and private gatherings.
- Deep understanding of APIfirst, consumptionbased, and productled growth ecosystems. You know how technical buyers think and what resonates with them.
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller. Able to engage senior technical and product leaders, shape narratives, and represent a sophisticated brand voice.
- Nativelevel English fluency and confident onstage / inperson presence.
- Strong operational instincts. Project management, budgeting, vendor coordination, and crossfunctional collaboration come naturally to you.
- Based in the Bay Area (preferably San Francisco), with openness to travel for events and community engagements.
