Job Summary The

Director of Global Communication, Celebrity, and Influencers

is responsible for leading the global public relations, celebrity, and influencer strategy for

MACKAGE

and

SOIA . This role drives brands visibility, cultural relevance, and prestige across key international markets through strategic storytelling and high-impact partnerships. This role oversees global PR initiatives, celebrity and influencer relationships, crisis communications, and team leadership while ensuring strong alignment with brands positioning and business objectives.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute a global PR strategy for both Mackage and SOIA aligned with our brands visions, business objectives, and market positioning.

Drive strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance our brands prestige and cultural relevance.

Create and maximize exposure through events, retail openings, collections launches and collaborations.

Develop global strategies for engaging influencers, VIPs, and brand ambassadors to amplify brands presence.

Manage influencers and celebrities' agreements.

Oversee press releases, media pitches, and communication strategies.

Develop protocols for handling social media and public relations.

Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams to ensure PR efforts align with campaign objectives.

Lead a high-performing PR and communication team, fostering creativity, innovation, and excellence.

Manage global PR budgets, ensuring ROI-driven strategies and effective resource allocation.

What you’ll bring

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Fashion Business, or a related field.

Experience:

8-10 years of progressive experience in public relations, communications, or brand marketing.

5+ years in a leadership or director-level role, ideally within fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

Demonstrated success working with high-profile talent, agencies, and media outlets.

Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Technical skills & competencies

Global PR strategy, brand storytelling, and media relations expertise.

Celebrity, influencer, and ambassador partnerships, including contract negotiation.

Management of global PR agencies and external partners.

Performance tracking, earned media measurement, and ROI analysis.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Sound business acumen with experience managing global budgets.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
