Principal Product Marketing Manager, Software For Interventional Oncology & Embolization (IO&E)

About the role: The Principal Product Marketing Manager, Software for Interventional Oncology & Embolization (IO&E), plays a critical role within the global IO&E franchise. As Boston Scientific continues to build a high-growth division, this leader will own the global software strategy and strategic partnerships that enable innovation, differentiation, and long-term value creation across the franchise. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to shape upstream strategy, drive execution, and accelerate adoption of software-enabled solutions that advance patient care. Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Maple Grove, MN office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include: Represent Global Marketing and the IO&E franchise in developing new concepts for product development and/or acquisition related to the software strategy, including independently building and pitching project investment proposals. Serve as the upstream marketing lead for TheraSphere 360, including development of market specifications, a long-term product vision, and independent financial models that incorporate revenue streams driven by value-added software features. Establish strategic relationships and co-marketing solutions with external companies to accelerate adoption of Boston Scientific technologies and clinical applications. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute high-quality launch plans, including value propositions, positioning, customer targeting, pricing strategies, branding strategies, and evidence-generation plans for new products. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders to execute critical franchise and business initiatives, and regularly engage key stakeholders to drive education, market adoption, and innovation. Develop strong global relationships and credibility with internal cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams. In collaboration with Marketing Strategy & Analysis, lead global market research initiatives to generate customer and market insights that inform strategic decisions and execution plans. Identify, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership and serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products and disease states. Collaborate closely with downstream marketing to deliver innovative marketing programs, tools, and solutions that create value and support the needs of the Sales organization. Qualifications: Required qualifications: Minimum of 7 years' experience in the medical device industry. Bachelor's degree required. Demonstrated success working as an integral cross-functional team member, with the ability to develop deep clinical and market expertise within a medical device product portfolio. Demonstrated experience supporting and/or managing complex, cross-functional projects. Strong ability to collaborate and influence in a dynamic, matrixed global environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel approximately 20%, including international travel. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or MBA.
