Job Title: Installer & Maintenance Technician (OOH Advertising)

Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Salary: $1,250 per month

This covers about 13 hours a week at $20/hour, plus a $200 gas allowance each month.

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Installer & Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and cleaning out-of-home (OOH) advertising signs in transit shelters.If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in keeping things clean and in good condition, and aren't afraid of heights or outdoor work, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install signs on designated transit shelters as scheduled or as needed.
• Maintain and clean signage to ensure all displays remain presentable and in proper working condition.
• Inspect signage for damage, wear, or vandalism and report findings or perform minor on-site repairs when required.
• Provide full-route trash collection for bus stops on a weekly basis usually weekends, ensuring all areas are kept clean and orderly.
• Conduct mid-week trash collection at designated high-traffic "hot spot" locations (approximately 15–20 bus stops).
• Perform routine pressure washing of transit shelters, ideally twice per year, or as otherwise agreed upon.
• Safely use ladders, lifts, and hand tools.
• Travel to various sites within the assigned territory to complete the services listed above.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company quality standards while performing contracted work.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in installation, maintenance, or general labor preferred (but not required).
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Access to a truck or van with sufficient cargo space (up to 7 feet) for sign packages and trash bag transport.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
