As a mold designer, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing class A molds for both new and legacy products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including product development, tooling engineers, and production-to deliver innovative mold solutions that meet demanding engineering and production requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing complex multi-cavity, hot runner, and high-performance molds using SolidWorks.
• Applying expert knowledge of injection molding processes to optimize flow, cooling, ejection, and cycle time.
• Leading design reviews and ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards.
• Supporting project timelines, cost estimates, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Associate degree or certificate in plastics engineering, mold design, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection mold design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and familiarity with CAM integration and CNC machining.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, DFM principles, and mold performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
