Senior Manager, Marketing Operations
(Remote)
Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations who will report into the Associate Director, Marketing Operations. You will drive effective and efficient promotional material review and material fulfillment services in support of the launch and ongoing support of Celcuity’s products within the U.S. The position will collaborate with cross‑functional partners including Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Learning & Development, Legal/Compliance, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs.
Responsibilities
Lead promotional review committee (PRC) team activities and support daily operations
Partner with cross‑functional teammates, including Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Market Access, and Sales Training
Develop agendas and facilitate live PRC review meetings
Route materials for review and approval in Veeva PromoMats
Manage the material lifecycle, including expirations and reapprovals
Support launch readiness tracking and manage reviewer workload
Support OPDP 2253 submission planning and preparation
Manage print production process in coordination with fulfillment vendor, internal material owners, and creative agencies
Manage print and digital material fulfillment via webstore
Support sales‑led conference sponsorship and attendance
Support speaker program operations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related field; or relevant experience.
Five plus (5+) years of experience in promotional material review and marketing operations, or a related area.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and leaders across various levels and functions.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes and documentation requirements.
Strong technical and analytical skills with advanced knowledge in Veeva PromoMats and MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a team or independently as required.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
Demonstrated independent and sound decision‑making skills; ability to think critically and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
Continuous improvement mindset; seeking ways to drive innovation and efficiencies throughout the organization.
Flexible and willing to learn; adapting to business and site needs in a dynamic environment.
