Job Summary
The Director of Digital Media and Strategy oversees all digital media and advertising marketing activities, including strategy, measurement, optimization, and execution across paid and organic channels.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies across search, display, video, social media, and programmatic advertising.
- Responsible for maximizing return of $40M annual digital advertising budget.
- Ownership of holistic search marketing function, including paid and organic search, delivering business results.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize incremental volume and achieve targeted cost‑per‑conversion metrics.
- Continuously refine the media mix based on historical performance data, market conditions, and consumer behaviors.
- Use data and insights to make informed budget allocation decisions across digital platforms.
- Utilize Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and performance analytics to optimize media across channels.
- Develop and implement a test‑and‑learn framework to experiment with new platforms and creative formats.
- Partner with Brand team to test new creative and provide feedback to drive advertising effectiveness.
- Responsible for organic content strategy development and creation, delivering on‑brand content optimized for traffic and conversion.
- Oversee accounting and accrual of holistic media budget, collaborating with Finance to close each month and forecast.
- Ensure timely and relevant reporting to agency and internal business partners.
- Oversee, coach, and mentor a high‑performing team of media and content specialists.
- Work cross‑functionally with eCommerce, creative, brand, Corporate Ops marketing, and others to create integrated campaigns that deliver against business goals.
What You Will Have
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Finance or related Business degree.
- 10–15+ years’ experience leading paid media strategy, digital advertising, media measurement, and content.
- 10–15+ years’ experience in project and/or account management and in‑house/out‑source team management.
- Deep experience with Excel, Google Analytics, online media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, The Trade Desk) and media measurement models (MMMs and incrementality testing). Agency management experience is highly helpful.
- Expertise in analyzing large volumes of data and making key business decisions in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Mathematical skills sufficient to perform required duties.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience acceptable.
Reports to VP, Media & Brand. Direct leadership responsibility for Manager, Digital Media, Content Specialists, and Media Performance Coordinators.
NOTE: This role is onsite at our Clearwater, FL headquarters with a 4/1 schedule; in office Monday‑Thursday and remote on Fridays.
