Associate Team Lead - Lead Technical Recruiter Duration: 8-9 Months Base pay range: $90.00/hr - $110.00/hr Job Description We are seeking a Senior UX / Interaction Designer to design and evolve short‑form video viewing experiences on mobile platforms. This role focuses on crafting intuitive, engaging, and scalable interaction patterns for video‑first, feed‑based consumption. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end design for short‑form video viewer experiences across mobile platforms (iOS & Android). Design interaction models, gestures, motion behaviors, and visual systems optimized for rapid, immersive content consumption. Explore and prototype new interaction paradigms to improve engagement, discovery, and usability. Partner closely with UX Research to translate insights and experimentation results into design solutions. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross‑functional partners to deliver scalable, high‑quality experiences. Create wireframes, user flows, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Advocate for user‑centered, accessibility‑first design throughout the product lifecycle. Contribute to and evolve shared design systems and visual standards. Experience (Required) 6+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design. Proven experience designing video, media, or playback‑centric experiences. Strong interaction and visual design skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe, ProtoPie). Experience (Desired) Experience designing short‑form or video‑first platforms (e.g., reels, stories, feeds, or swipe‑based experiences). Strong understanding of gesture‑based navigation, motion design, and micro‑interactions. Experience working on high‑traffic, consumer‑scale products. Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and data‑informed design. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and influence cross‑functional teams. Education Bachelor's or equivalent work experience in a related field.
