Delve
Field Marketing & Community Lead
Join us to apply for the Field Marketing & Community Lead role at Delve.
About Delve Delve is the AI‑native compliance platform that helps 1,000+ of the fastest growing companies get compliant without hundreds of hours of busywork. Companies such as Instantly, Bland, and Wispr Flow use Delve to stay compliant and close millions in enterprise revenue.
Our marketing team is a lean team of 3 that scaled the company from 0 to 8‑figures in ARR profitably in the last 14 months, and we recently announced a $32M Series A at a $300M valuation. If you’re sharp, scrappy, and want to build one of the most iconic growth engines, join us.
The Role We’re hiring a Field Marketing & Community Lead to own Delve’s in‑person and offline presence, events, and real‑world brand.
You will design and execute high‑impact events, lead conference strategy and execution, build founder and operator communities, and help Delve establish a strong, consistent presence across startup, mid‑market, and enterprise segments.
What You Will Do
Own Delve’s in‑person events and conferences
Plan and execute Delve‑hosted events including dinners, workshops, partner events, and invite‑only gatherings
Own conference strategy and execution end‑to‑end: sponsorships, booths, side events, speaking opportunities, and attendee engagement
Support Delve’s OOH strategy from concept to execution, including billboards, transit placements, city takeovers, and high‑visibility physical placements
Coordinate logistics across venues, vendors, partners, speakers, and internal stakeholders
Build and scale Delve’s community motion
Build and nurture Delve‑led communities for founders, operators, and compliance/security leaders
Launch and manage city‑based chapters
Run community infrastructure
Build and manage Slack or community spaces for operators and security leaders
Drive engagement through curated programming, introductions, and conversations
Drive measurable outcomes
Turn events, conferences, and community into pipeline, partnerships, and long‑term relationships
Track attendance, engagement, follow‑ups, and downstream impact
Continuously test, iterate, and refine formats based on what drives outcomes
What We Are Looking For
Extremely extroverted, high‑energy, and socially fluent (especially in the founder community)
Comfortable hosting rooms, managing conferences, and being the face of Delve in‑person
Strong instincts for curating the right audience, not just maximizing headcount
Highly organized with the ability to run multiple events and conferences in parallel
Bias to action and ownership with strong follow‑through
Backgrounds We Like to See
Ex‑founders with strong, high‑quality networks
VC scouts, ecosystem operators, or community leads
Field marketing, partnerships, or events roles at high‑growth startups
Experience working across startup, mid‑market, or enterprise audiences
People already embedded in the SF startup, VC, and operator ecosystem
What It Is Like to Work Here
Very high ownership and autonomy
Flat team with low ego and high trust
Fast pace, high output, 9‑9‑6 culture
Direct exposure to founders, investors, operators, and senior buyers
Success is measured by outcomes, not activity
Not a Fit If
You prefer desk‑only or purely digital marketing roles
You are uncomfortable owning conferences, events, or in‑person execution
You want rigid processes and long approval cycles
You avoid ambiguity or accountability
You do not enjoy being in the ecosystem multiple nights a week
