About The Role We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager who can translate that mission into unforgettable in‑person experiences. In this role, you’ll design and execute creative, high‑impact field programs that build brand awareness, accelerate enterprise deal cycles, and deepen relationships with security leaders across key markets. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and flawless execution – perfect for someone who loves turning a concept into a differentiated experience that moves the pipeline.
What You’ll Do
Build and execute a scalable, data‑driven field marketing strategy aligned to sales priorities and regional GTM goals – spanning executive roundtables, customer dinners, trade shows, roadshows, partner activations and enterprise ABM experiences.
Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Customer Success to craft events that resonate with CISOs, physical security leaders and cross‑functional buyers – driving urgency and advancing opportunities.
Own end‑to‑end event execution, including budgeting, venue sourcing, logistics, vendors, swag, registration, lead capture and onsite experience management; develop integrated pre‑ and post‑event campaigns across digital, email, social and content to maximise attendance, follow‑through and ROI.
Measure and report performance – pipeline sourced/influenced, attendance, conversion, engagement and lift – using data to continuously optimise field programs.
Stay ahead of experiential, field and ABM trends – testing new formats, partners and creative approaches to elevate Ambient.ai’s presence in the market.
Act as an on‑site brand ambassador, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Ambient.ai’s mission, values and category‑defining positioning.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of field or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, cyber security, physical security or enterprise technology.
Proven ability to design field programmes aligned to GTM goals – pipeline generation, ABM motions, regional awareness and enterprise relationship‑building.
Strong project‑management and vendor‑negotiation skills; highly organised, scrappy and detail‑oriented.
Excellent communication skills with creative instincts – you know how to craft memorable experiences that reinforce brand narrative.
Comfortable with data and ROI analysis, including tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Splash or equivalent platforms.
