Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative

What You'll Be Doing Delivering great retail customer service in-store and over the phone Recommending products and solutions that meet customer needs Processing sales, operating the POS register, and handling cash transactions Assisting with battery installation services for vehicles and devices Stocking, merchandising, and supporting daily store operations Keeping the store clean, organized, and customer-ready Pay, Bonuses & Benefits Competitive starting pay of $21.00 per hour Monthly sales bonuses and incentive programs Performance-based pay increases Paid vacation after your first year and holiday pay Company-provided uniform shirts plus reimbursement for required pants and shoes Schedule This is a full-time retail position with shifts scheduled during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Store hours are MondaySaturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
