Key Responsibilities

Audience Strategy Development Support: Assist in the design, development, and refinement of audience strategies within the LiveRamp clean room, focusing on precision targeting to enhance paid media campaign performance and contribute to new customer acquisition.

Data Architecture & Integration: Work collaboratively with data engineering and marketing teams to facilitate the integration of various data sources into the LiveRamp clean room, ensuring data quality and accessibility for audience segmentation.

Execution & Activation: Translate defined audience strategies into actionable segments and support their activation across various paid media platforms, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives.

Governance & Compliance Adherence: Strictly adhere to Citi's robust data governance framework, ensuring all audience development and activation processes meet regulatory requirements, privacy standards, and internal accuracy mandates.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Support the analysis of audience segment performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and contribute to data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition rates.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with paid media managers, data scientists, legal, and compliance teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.

Documentation: Contribute to the maintenance of comprehensive documentation for audience strategies, data flows, and execution processes.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in paid media audience strategy, analytics, or ad tech

Passionate about advertising technology and curious about new developments in the industry

Practical hands‑on experience working within the LiveRamp clean room environment, including data onboarding, segmentation, and audience activation.

Demonstrated ability to contribute to and execute audience strategies aimed at driving new customer acquisition.

Solid understanding of data governance principles and experience adhering to strict data governance frameworks, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Technical proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and analysis tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and contribute to data‑driven decisions.

Good verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in the financial services industry.

Familiarity with other data clean room technologies.

Experience with various DSPs, ad servers, and marketing analytics platforms

Education

Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $87,360.00 - $131,040.00
