We’re looking for a
Senior Google/YouTube Media Buyer
to own and scale our paid search and YouTube acquisition efforts. This role is focused on driving efficient customer acquisition, testing and scaling creative, and turning performance data into clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities
Strategize, launch, optimize, and scale Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns. Own budget pacing, bid strategies, and channel-level performance. Partner closely with the creative team to test, iterate, and scale high-performing ad concepts. Lead creative testing frameworks across YouTube and Google placements. Analyze performance data and deliver clear insights, learnings, and recommendations. Continuously identify opportunities to improve CAC, ROAS, and overall efficiency. Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google & YouTube ad accounts. Proven track record managing meaningful budgets with strong performance outcomes. Deep experience testing and iterating on a high volume of creative assets. We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
