Job Overview A leading, award‑winning architecture and interior design firm is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join its Houston office.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a creative, motivated team on innovative workplace, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. You’ll help shape spaces that inspire, connect, and elevate the people who use them.
What You’ll Do
Contribute to all phases of the design process, from concept through completion
Develop innovative, functional design solutions aligned with project goals
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and consultants
Prepare drawings, presentations, and documentation using design software
Assist with material, finish, and furniture selections
Support project delivery through construction documentation and site coordination
What We’re Looking For
Degree from a CIDA‑accredited Interior Design program or equivalent
6‑12+ years of experience in workplace, commercial, retail, hospitality, or similar project types
Strong conceptual design, space planning, and detailing skills
Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and adaptable mindset
