Content Video Producer
This 3‑month contract, full‑time (40 hours/week) hybrid role is located in Culver City, CA.
Summary This role leads the development and execution of high‑quality video and visual effects (VFX) content from initial concept through final delivery. The Video Producer ensures projects are strategically aligned, creatively strong, and technically polished while supporting cross‑functional creative and production teams.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end video content production, managing ideation, pre‑production, production, and post‑production workflows.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high‑quality video and VFX assets on time and within scope.
Manage schedules, define project scopes, coordinate reviews, document progress, and handle administrative processes such as estimates, purchase orders, and statements of work.
Support ongoing production workflows and maintain collaboration across teams to ensure creative excellence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in video production with a strong focus on live‑action and VFX projects.
Proficiency in Wrike, Keynote, and Airtable; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong foundation in production workflows and familiarity with video production pipelines, post‑production workflows, VFX processes, and live‑action production.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
Education and Experience A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required, along with a background in video production, post‑production, VFX, or creative project management. Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder creative projects is also required.
Compensation $79.41 per hour (W‑2 position). Eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
