Arriving on time, prepared, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor

Communicating clearly with clients, including appointment confirmations, arrival notifications, and on‑site interactions

Preparing properties for photography when possible (lights on, blinds open, fans off, clutter minimized, etc.)

Uploading all RAW images the same day, correctly named and placed in the proper folders

Completing accurate work‑order notes for each assignment, including property conditions or issues

Maintaining and caring for all photography equipment and ensuring it is charged and operational

Securing properties after shoots, protecting keys, access codes, and client confidentiality

Managing daily schedules efficiently and notifying the office promptly of delays, access issues, or technical problems

Following all company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements

Maintaining required certifications (including FAA Part 107 when performing drone work)

Qualifications

A genuine interest in photography and visual composition

An eye for detail and a willingness to learn Fastpost’s photography standards and style

Basic familiarity with digital cameras and photography equipment (professional experience preferred but not required)

Comfort using photo editing software or a willingness to learn required tools

Reliability, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently

Professional communication skills and a respectful, client‑facing demeanor

Willingness to accept feedback and apply it to improve future work
