Do you love storytelling, travel, and data‑driven production? This role reports to the Sr. Producer, Editorial Content + Audience Growth and supports video and podcast teams in developing and producing engaging content for our audience.
What You’ll Do
Assist producers in building pre‑production packets, including research, location clearances, influencer lists, shoot schedules, travel booking, and story development.
Process invoices, organize budgets, and track conversion and audience data across platforms.
Organize footage and project files during or after shoots; upload and maintain assets in the server.
Gather assets for edits and build optimized thumbnails and manage YouTube uploads.
Build reporting documents as requested.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in an Associate Producer or Production Coordinator role for a digital media brand.
Strong understanding of YouTube long‑form and short‑form content trends.
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
Exceptional time‑management and organizational skills; experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Passion for the brand’s content.

Compensation
Cash compensation: $21.15 /hr – $26.44 /hr (actual pay based on location, qualifications, and experience)
