Pay Rate Range:

$45 - $48/hr on W2

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Contractor to join the Brand & Corporate Marketing team supporting the enterprise brand. This is a contractor position running through September, with the opportunity to extend based on company needs and performance.

This role plays a key part in connecting our brand to audiences through brand events, experiences and activations that drive awareness and elevate our story. The enterprise brand sits above our portfolio of sub‑brands and reflects the shared identity, purpose, and promise as a whole. This role helps bring that story to life through partnership support, brand activations, and cross‑functional coordination. This is an individual contributor role based in Houston, following a hybrid schedule: in‑office 4‑days per week (Monday through Thursday). Occasional travel may be required for on‑site activations or partner support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support planning and execution of brand experiences and activations

Manage event logistics, deliverables, asset coordination, and timeline tracking

Own operational tasks such as project management, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and internal documentation

Prepare presentations and recaps for internal stakeholders

Provide on‑site support for brand activations and events

Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging across all executional materials

REQUIRED SKILLS

Event Planning & Execution: Ability to coordinate complex logistics, manage timelines, and deliver seamless experiences.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

Stakeholder Management: Skilled at building relationships and collaborating across teams and external partners.

Customer‑First Mentality: Understand audience needs and deliver experiences that reflect brand purpose and values.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in deliverables, budgets, and timelines.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with project management tools.

Adaptability & Problem‑Solving: Ability to pivot quickly, resolve challenges, and maintain quality in a fast‑paced environment.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication for presentations, updates, and cross‑functional alignment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

4–6 years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or agency/client service roles

Experience supporting marketing projects or brand activations

Familiarity with event logistics, vendor coordination, or sponsorships

Passion for brand storytelling and customer experience
