Position Overview The Junior Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person marketing initiatives and live brand activations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and being involved in the operational side of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating on-site marketing initiatives, events, and brand activations.
Help ensure brand messaging is delivered clearly and consistently during in-person interactions.
Work closely with event staff and team leads to support daily activation goals.
Assist with organizing marketing materials, signage, and event supplies.
Track basic engagement metrics and assist with post-event summaries.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in fast-paced, live-event environments.
Comfortable working directly with team members and event attendees.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
