Interior Designer | Commercial Interior Design Denver, CO. Salary: $95,000-$120,000.

Hybrid Working Style: 3 days in office / 2 days remotely.

Accomplished interior design position responsible for producing innovative designs by completing tasks assigned by the Project Lead and supporting their design team for optimum success. The Designer will ensure the drawings and designs are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and drawing standards. They may prepare project schedules, bids, or proposals. This position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Essential Job Functions

Responsible for ensuring an Optimal Client Experience

Assist Project Lead in developing conceptual and design development presentations for builders/developers

Responsible for the execution of all design concepts, design development, construction documentation, and FF&E, working directly with the Project Lead

Ensure all selections/products meet all required codes related to local, state, and national standards

Assist in the execution of all design concepts, design development, and construction documentation, working directly with the Design Team

Assist in project installations assigned to team

Understand Job Cost Reports and assist Project Lead with reaching targeted profit margin

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

Interior Design Degree

Design and technical capabilities

3+ years in Design with a focus on commercial interior design

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate among a wide variety of audiences

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

Must be comfortable working in groups and participating in cross‑functional teams towards a common goal

Travel as necessary
